PUTRAJAYA:<\/strong> Cadangan pelaksanaan kaedah bekerja dari rumah (WFH) bagi penjawat awam dijangka diputuskan dalam Mesyuarat Jemaah Menteri minggu hadapan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jurucakap Kerajaan, Datuk Fahmi Fadzil memaklumkan bahawa perkara tersebut kini berada di peringkat akhir penelitian sebelum dibawa ke Kabinet untuk keputusan rasmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menurut beliau, pelbagai aspek telah diperhalusi termasuk kesesuaian pelaksanaan, keperluan operasi serta kesan terhadap penyampaian perkhidmatan awam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCadangan ini akan diputuskan dalam Mesyuarat Kabinet minggu depan,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Langkah itu dilihat sebagai sebahagian usaha kerajaan menilai semula kaedah kerja fleksibel dalam sektor awam, selaras dengan perubahan persekitaran kerja semasa serta cabaran global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selain itu, pelaksanaan WFH secara bersasar juga berpotensi membantu mengurangkan kesesakan trafik dan penggunaan bahan api, khususnya dalam situasi tertentu seperti krisis antarabangsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bagaimanapun, kerajaan menegaskan bahawa sebarang keputusan akan mengambil kira kepentingan rakyat dan keperluan memastikan perkhidmatan awam terus beroperasi secara cekap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
