Awam Diingatkan Tidak Kongsi Aktiviti Peribadi Ketika Bekerja Dari Rumah"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>KUALA LUMPUR:<\/strong> Penjawat awam diingatkan supaya tidak memuat naik aktiviti peribadi di media sosial sepanjang tempoh bekerja dari rumah (BDR) bagi memastikan disiplin kerja sentiasa terpelihara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peringatan itu dibuat susulan pelaksanaan BDR yang menuntut tahap integriti dan tanggungjawab tinggi dalam kalangan penjawat awam walaupun tidak berada di pejabat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut garis panduan, penjawat awam tetap tertakluk kepada pemantauan ketat termasuk rekod kehadiran dan penilaian prestasi berasaskan output kerja yang ditetapkan oleh ketua jabatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sehubungan itu, sebarang perkongsian aktiviti yang tidak berkaitan tugas rasmi ketika waktu bekerja boleh menimbulkan persepsi negatif terhadap profesionalisme serta komitmen penjawat awam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kerajaan menegaskan bahawa pelaksanaan BDR bukan bermaksud kelonggaran disiplin, sebaliknya memerlukan tahap akauntabiliti lebih tinggi kerana tugasan masih perlu diselesaikan mengikut sasaran ditetapkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam masa sama, penjawat awam turut diingatkan supaya menjaga imej perkhidmatan awam dan menggunakan media sosial secara berhemah, terutama ketika berada dalam waktu bekerja rasmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Langkah ini dilihat penting bagi memastikan kepercayaan terhadap sistem kerja fleksibel terus terpelihara, selain menjamin keberkesanan pelaksanaan dasar BDR dalam sektor awam.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KUALA LUMPUR: Penjawat
