Dari Rumah Bukan Ancaman Produktiviti Penjawat Awam \u2013 KPPA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>KAMPAR:<\/strong> Pelaksanaan dasar bekerja dari rumah (BDR) bagi penjawat awam tidak menjejaskan produktiviti, malah mampu diperkukuh melalui sistem pemantauan dan penilaian prestasi yang lebih tersusun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam berkata setiap penjawat awam masih tertakluk kepada penilaian ketat berasaskan petunjuk prestasi utama (KPI), dengan fokus utama diberikan kepada hasil kerja berbanding kehadiran fizikal di pejabat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut beliau, pelaksanaan BDR dirancang secara sistematik termasuk penetapan hari tertentu bagi tugasan serta pemantauan berterusan terhadap prestasi kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, penggunaan sistem pemantauan digital seperti aplikasi khas membolehkan kehadiran dan aktiviti kerja direkod secara berkala, sekali gus mengurangkan risiko ketidakpatuhan atau kecuaian dalam melaksanakan tugas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beliau turut menegaskan bahawa konsep bekerja dari rumah bukan perkara baharu, sebaliknya telah terbukti berkesan ketika pandemik COVID-19 dan kini diperhalusi dengan pendekatan lebih berstruktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam masa sama, faktor kepercayaan antara majikan dan penjawat awam menjadi elemen penting dalam memastikan keberkesanan pelaksanaan dasar tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kerajaan yakin pendekatan ini bukan sahaja mengekalkan produktiviti, malah berpotensi meningkatkan kecekapan perkhidmatan awam melalui penilaian berasaskan output kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Langkah ini dilihat sebagai sebahagian daripada transformasi cara kerja sektor awam yang lebih fleksibel, selari dengan cabaran semasa termasuk isu tenaga dan ekonomi
