KUALA LUMPUR:<\/strong> Music Authors\u2019 Copyright Protection (MACP) menegaskan komitmen berterusan untuk melindungi hak pencipta muzik tempatan, khususnya dalam menghadapi cabaran teknologi baharu seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam kenyataan terbaharu, badan itu menekankan bahawa perlindungan hak cipta hanya diberikan kepada karya asli yang dihasilkan oleh manusia, sekali gus memastikan kepentingan pengkarya terus terpelihara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menurut MACP, langkah tersebut penting bagi mengekalkan nilai kreativiti sebenar dalam industri muzik, selain mengelakkan sebarang bentuk eksploitasi terhadap karya yang dihasilkan tanpa sentuhan manusia.

Sehubungan itu, garis panduan berkaitan penggunaan AI turut diperkenalkan sebagai usaha proaktif untuk mengawal selia penggunaan teknologi dalam penghasilan muzik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Badan itu turut menegaskan bahawa sebarang penggunaan karya muzik untuk tujuan pembangunan atau latihan AI perlu mendapat kebenaran serta melalui perjanjian lesen yang sah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selain itu, MACP menyatakan kesediaan untuk terus bekerjasama dengan kerajaan dan pihak industri bagi memperkukuh perlindungan hak cipta, termasuk dalam konteks penggubalan undang-undang berkaitan AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam masa sama, organisasi itu menyambut baik pandangan bahawa teknologi AI seharusnya digunakan sebagai alat sokongan, bukan menggantikan kreativiti manusia dalam penghasilan karya seni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Langkah berterusan ini dilihat sebagai usaha penting dalam memastikan ekosistem industri muzik tempatan kekal mampan, selain menjamin hak serta kebajikan pencipta terus dilindungi dalam era digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
